Mr. Gyanendra Bafna is the Non-Executive Director of SGN Ventures Private Limited. He is a practising Chartered Accountant and brings on board, over 40 years of rich experience in the fields of accountancy, audit, taxation and project finance. At the age of 66, he continues to serve his clients. Some of his key clients include Guar Gum Manufacturers, Dall Millers, Traders dealing in Agro Commodities, Textile processing units, commodities exchange members, and real estate developers. Besides, he is affiliated with various trusts in leading capacities.

Mr. Aditya G. Bafna, the Managing Director & CEO of the company is 36 years of age and brings on board over 12 years of experience in the fields of commodities, Warehousing, Insurance and Allied activities. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and PGDBM (Marketing).

Previously, he was a Director at NABARD Consultancy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Agriculture Bank for Rural Development. He was also a member of the FICCI Task Force on Storage and Logistics-2013 and the FICCI Agricultural Committee-2014. He also participated in the programme on Public-Private Partnerships in rural infrastructure conducted by the Indian Institute of Management, IIM' Ahmedabad.

Mrs. Ridhi Bafna, aged 30 years is also one of the Promoter of the company and currently associated as Director of the company.
